Time to sell, with new addition to the family and work, I need a proper truck

2007 LX470 mileage 127XXX
Runs great, AC cold, AHC worked just fine, mechanic ended up replacing the entire AHC suspension (ask about that debacle...)
All mileage based maintenance done, TB done, R&P replaced, just had front end suspension replaced including control arms, etc, about 3k in repairs

Extras:
Roof rack
Viper alarm (never used)
Tesla style radio will be included, I replaced with stock radio since I liked the look better
Lightning iphone adapter installed

Interior is near flawless, no rips or tears
Driver side speaker fabric is fraying
Spare tire is flat so low air light is on
Otherwise no gauge lights, starts up without issue

Overall meticulously maintained, it's been garage stored for 2 years as we've used the other car

Obviously there's no snow here but no change in the car, will take additional photos for serious inquires...

I have an interested buyer that sent a deposit - had the truck inspected and have all the records, I will upload inspection report, more photos and videos of the underside if the deal falls through. Thanks for the patience, we had some bad fires here in town and needed to evacuate for a couple days.
