im waiting for the spacer for my fuel pump, in the meantime though, there's half the gasket stuck to the block. i tried rubbing acetone on it, a putty knife but didn't get much off. can i use a dremel? thought about it but worried it might not be good to have pieces fling in the block

and once it's off, use gasket sealer or not? iv'e seen both suggested on here

thanks.

Scott

cool, ill try those tricks when i get back from vacation.

local dealership messed up my spacer anyways, toyota changed the number and they didn't catch it/order got cancelled  i swear it's the last time im using them, not so much the money they charge as the time it takes by the time they get it right.

got my power steering pump off finally, hopefully the used one i got two years ago works :) otherwise another fun couple hours will be in my future
