Remove EXTERIOR Door trim (2000 LX470)

How in the heck do I remove the exterior door trim on my 2000 LX470?

I removed the running board and step, just looking to remove the rest of the plastic trim on this thing.

Help please.

I don't think you want to. There are holes below the lower door trim on Lexus trucks.
