removal of center console back radio section

Hello trying to get some stuff lined up to install a power inverter in this section; anyone ever remove this before? does the whole center piece have to be removed? there are 2 screws on the side which may help taking this off I think; any ideas??

it seems there is a separate piece along where the radio is attached; I would love to be able to just remove this to work back there. It that piece removable??

If you are talking about just the rear rection where the cup holder and radio controller is....

Get a philips screwdriver, open the cup holders, fold the cup holders down while open, look inside the cavity and there is one screw on each side. Remove them. Pull rear section off of center console. disconnect radio controller.

Exactly what I need to do... only problem is my cupholder won't come out. Dremel time.
