Reman Denso Alt.

Had my alt changed out a few weeks ago. Since then and only when parked with DRL's on there is a voltage drop and bounce back. I clearly see this action on my voltage cluster and when parked facing a wall. The DRL's go for normal to dim and then back. I changed out my led bulbs and drivers with new ones last and turned my winch off to see what happens - same scenario. Never an issue before this - Any ideas?

My shop wants to replace and try a different Denso alt. for no charge which is cool.

Anyone experience this before and if so what was the culprit and cure. Battery was replaced with a New Interstate battery 11-08-16 - terminals are clean and all connections, lights, winch and battery are solid.

I have had no problems with Denso rebuilt alternators. I have installed 2 in the past 24 months in two different LC and they are both working perfectly.

You may have a bad connection or maybe just a bad alternator. Unless you have something else causing a big drain on the system.
