I have a 1986 FJ60. I have noticed that the driver's side armrest (on the door) is about 2 inches too low to be comfortable for me. I have installed the SOR foam pad in the bottom of the seat and it raised me up a bit but I think it was too low before. What is the possibility of moving the armrest up a bit. Anyone done this?
