Regular Unleaded or Premium? (275,000 miles)

I won't lie, I have been just putting regular unleaded gas in my car.

What about you? Do you think it matters that much? Are you putting in Premium just because you are "supposed" to? Or have there been Land Cruiser owners who have regretted not putting in Premium?

87 octane. 91 is our premium at the gas station I use, but it is .40-.50 cents more.

Dang...you're not kidding me. And to top it off, it seems like most people run 87. I'll stick with that.
