referral - FJ62 Parts or whole in Roy, UT

So I pass this 62 on the way to and from work everyday and I finally stopped to talk to the guy. He says the engine is seized and he's storing it for a friend who bought it as a project car and changed his mind. He says he thinks $700 would be fair for the whole unit, but he thinks he'd get more to part it out. I checked it over and the frame and underbelly are very rust free. The interior looked good, but the doors were locked and it was cold, so I settled for the pics I could get. I took pics of all major rust. there were a couple other small surface or pins sized spots not pictured. You can see pics here.
