Red Piggie in commercial

Okay dont bite my head off if this is a repost because I will be the first to admit I didn't look real hard.

I dont know if it is strictly a Denver Metropolitan (heeh big word metropolitan) area commercial or a nation wide one that each dealership modifies, but there is a samll group of about 4 people standing around a beautiful Red FJ55. Then in the background a semi passes by towing all the new models: corolla, FJ, Tundra, ect. As the Semi passes the camera follows it for a shot distance as the anouncers voice over comes in and they start showing specific models.

Its pretty cool to see an old pig in a new commercial.

it's funny, like they've been waiting for the transport to go by with new vehicles on it.

Ive seen what I think is the same commercial but without a pig. Also saw on CSI or one of those shows the other night it started in a junkyard and there was a 55 in the yard. Then there was a guy in the 55 watching out the window and he witnesses a murder. Wish I could find out where it was the cruiser looked pretty decent for being in a junkyard.

csi is filmed here in LA or was it that law show I was thinkng the same thing when i saw it. have yal seen a movie called SLOW BURN it stared a silver pig with sliders that stuck out about 12" and 4 gas cans across both back Windows "thats 4 each side" this pig was cool and one of the resends i had to have one.

it's one of those joint dealer vids where they just show the car hauler loaded driving while they highlight a couplemodels and tell you get get to the dealer. only reason it caught my eye the first few times was the yellow fjc middle top row of the car hauler. when i finally saw the pig, it was in the very beginning, a couple people are standing next to it watching the car hauler go past.

I saw the junkyard scene on an episode of Monk the other night. I never watch that show, but we were flipping through the channels. You're right, the pig looked to be intact. Not too bad. What's really funny was my pointed it out to me. She's been noticing cruisers a lot more since I let her drive the pig on last months Chinaman Gulch club run.

Thats where I saw it monk. I dont like the show but my does so sometimes we watch. I had convinced her not to watch that day and then she flipped to it anyway so I saw the cruiser and watched the opening before I made her change the channel.

they are running the same commecail with the red/white 55 up in WA state, seen it a bunch of time now.
