During the recent devastating flood here in Manila, spotted were several hzj76 units of the Philippine National Red Cross helping out victims and doing relief operations. The northern part of the country is still being battered by tropical storm Helen (international name Kai-tak) and parts of the metro are still flooded knee deep to waist high.

Praying for everyones safety.

Kinda sucks that toyota is not selling it here in the Philippines. Bring the 1vd 76 series (like the ones in Australia) here! Hell i'd take the HD version too if they released it. Dubai imports are ok but i rather they officially release it so i parts would be easier to source. They can then sell it as a competitor to the Ford Explorers, Honda Pilots etc.

Im not sure if toyota released a left hand drive vdj76. The lhd units all have the 1hz. But i do hope they release the new 70 series dual cab pick up locally.

There is a reason that the Red Cross, United Nations, and World Health Organisation (among others) use Toyota Land Cruisers. They are simply the best production 4x4 out there.

My heart goes out to the victims of the flooding as well!

Dont forget the CIA and the Taliban ;)
