Need some help. Anyone know where to find the rectangular nylon nuts used to secure scuff plates and rear cargo carpet trim? No HD, Lowes, Ace…

Best bet is find the original part number, and then search Amazon, AliExpress. etc. See if the dealer still has it.

If you don't mind non-OEM, I take the heads of zip ties, pound them into the hole, cut off the long part and insert the screw.
