Recommendation for "paint rejuvenation"

Both our '03 Tacoma and '01 LX need some paint love. I am not sure exactly what needs to be done, whether its just a wax and polish, or some kind of pre-wax treatment followed by waxing etc.
The paint on the tacoma feels "flat" not glossy and smooth. LX has scratches from bushes (and its black).

What would you do? Preventatives? More regular proper waxing?

In the Phoenix area (E. Valley preferably ) where do you recommend we take the two for some attention?

Just get it vinyl wrapped

Thanks Nick! Clay Bar step is new to me. Is it basically a very gentle abrasion - not to remove the clear coat?

I wouldnt call it abrasion, it takes junk out of your clear coat. Think of it as rubbing non-sticky gum over your paint. Just make sure to use lube. hehe
