Can anyone recommend a good location for sand blasting and a good local company for auto paint?

This may be a little vague but a friend has told me about a guy named Rob that has a shop over on Franklin (past Home depot and Zamzoes going towards Micron direction). His shop will be on the right, it's big and white. I have seen his daily driver paint and it looked like show quality to me. If you hit up that 50's diner off of I-184 near Chinden on a Friday night when all the older cars show up...they should be able to better point this guy out. What are you looking to get painted?

I am in the process of putting an '77 fj40 together and need to look for a decent, honest painter. I am planning on sanding it myself to save some money.
But I would also like to find a sand blaster / powder coater for some parts like the frame and bumper.

Tub looks to be in good shape! That's definitely a bonus. If you talk to Rob, I would definitely be interested in the price he quotes ya. I would eventually like to get a respray after I fix a few spots.
