1977 FJ-40 Toyota Land cruiser Disc Brake Axle.
Looking to put disc brakes on your Toyota Landcruiser?
Rebuilt with the following Parts
*Marlin Crawler Heavy duty inner axle seals
Advantages of HD Inner Axle Seals include:
* new icon flasherBidirectional helix oil retainer
* new icon flasherOuter Nitrile seal ring
* Indexed lip ensures a perfect perpendicular installation
* Wide design allows movement, maximum shock absorption
* Steel Expansion Ring ensures true circular inner dia
* Seal holds to axle even under heavy vibrations
* 164% Increase in effective sealing deflection distance
* 89% Wider than the "common aftermarket seal"
*Trail Gear Knuckle rebuilt kit/ with new wheel bearings and trunnion bearings.
*New Bendix Rotors
*New Brake Pads
*Toyota Pinion seal included
*New Toyota fill and drain washers
*Toyota stock gearing 4.11
*Stainless Steel Bolts and lock washers on knuckle wiper.
*Rebuilt Warn Hubs
*High Temp Synthetic grease used on rebuild.
Axle was dissembled and sandblasted, and painted with POR 15. Reassembled using The Factory Toyota Service Manual. Torqued to Spec, Torque specs and Knuckle Pull scale readings are available on each side of axle.
I have Two other Toyota Front Disc Axles and Two rear Axles currently undergoing rebuild. These could be built up customized to your preference. Examples could include.
*Yukon Gears, 4.88, 5.29 etc
*ARB air Locker/s
*Bobby Long-fields Birfields or Chromoly Marfield
*Full Marlin Crawler Knuckle Rebuild kit( Koyo wheel bearings, Koyo Trunnion Bearings, and Marlin H.D. inner axle seals.
*Bendix or Toyota Rotors
*Rebuilt Toyota V-6 calipers
*Toyota Brake Pads
*Backing Plate eliminator
*Stainless Steel brake lines
*Trail Gear Rock-Ring Knuckle Felt Protectors
*Stainless steel hardware.
*New Aisin or Warn Hubs
*ETC,
