Looks good to me. Back quite a several years ago, when I was a full time car restorer, I had the sad job of telling a couple of classic car owners that their car wasn't worth saving and we needed to find a body/frame donor. That really bummed them out but it was the best way to go. Your 60 is nowhere near that far gone.
Having just returned again from Alaska after 2 weeks of great Silver fishing in the Cordova area, and I would say that a pristine restored truck would be inappropriate for those conditions. POW (Prince of Whales?) sounds just like Cordova conditions wise. Lots of rain, long gravel roads and salt in the air.
I'd treat the frame for rust, keep up with any rust that develops on the body and just keep driving it. If it needs a new motor-do that. $15k is a lot better than $40k for a restoration.
The condition actually does not look that bad and if the frame is solid, you likely have another 10 years of use on that.
POW is a LONG way from Anchorage/Wisilla but Mark there at Cruisers Only does know his way around a 2F. I don't know that Mark does a lot of engine conversions, so if you want a Vortec, you may need to look south. Torfab is a good shop by reputation.
If you're looking for a pristine Cruiser, buy a Southwest truck that someone has already restored. That will be half the price of having yours restored.
Good luck. My observation is that in Alaska, most folks are realistic about how harsh that environment is on trucks. And they just get driven until they are not water tight or rust apart. That isn't a bad strategy.
