With 4 kiddos and long trips....storage space and leg room are a premium. I've been searching but have yet to locate rear window molle panels. I looked back there and I feel like there are some decent areas to mount them. Any chance you fine folks can point me in the right direction? I did find that victory 4x4 makes some for the GX 470/460 though I don't know if that would fit.

@orangeboxxfab @Eric Sarjeant @TrekboxX

Thanks,
-Chris

Wow, I'l search harder next time. Thank you!

no worries, i just did the same tonight with a Driver's side seat repair post i just listed, my local club guys quickly showed me a previous thread on local upholstery shops. The Molle thing is a good question, i only was familiar with it because i was just reading that other thread recently. Very mixed reviews, i wasnt left feeling warm and fuzzy about it. Not sure where, but i did see an Australian option for rear gullwing windows (Like @LandCruiserPhil dos for the 80's) that looked promising. Other guys have just fully maximized the dear old velcro products. I have 3 kids, gave up and went for a trailer instead, just too hard to fit it all in the 200

Yeah...w/ 4 boys ranging from 11 to 4, all space is good space. On trips 4+ hours having a molle panel would be good. At least I think it would be anyway. We have a patriot camper and can keep a fair amount in there but for the quick access items, I want them to be somewhat self sufficient. Again, thanks for the link, I'm not impressed w/ the install video. Seems thrown together rather hastily.

Yeah the install video left me less than impressed. I hear ya on the space. I don't have the 4th kid, but i do have a dog that takes up about half my cargo area. You got a great trailer already, but yeah inside space is at a premium. Blue Ridge Overland Seatback panels? Sell a kid? ;) . Dunno, tough one. I'll ppst if i come across anything interesting that might help. You have 1, or both 3rd row seats in?

The 4 and 11 year old in the middle row and the 7 1/2 and 5 1/2 year old in the way back. And they want a dog....

:doh: .yeah just do you best, that 11 year old doesn't have too long before he won't want to go with you guys. I love bigger dogs, but man they waste a lotta space in my cargo area. Think mini something

I figure if the folks on epicfamilyroadtrip on YT can make a 4 door rubicon work w/ 3 teenagers, I can suffer through the LC and my 4 tyrants....I mean bundles of joy.

got 4 boys as well, ages 10-3... we should share notes. Also considering dog... and don't have at trailer 😳

I'm thinking lots of stuff on roof rack, then some organization in rear, hence this thread... like attic in 2nd row and molle like solution in 3rd row.

Here's an option from Wilco Offroad for temporary additional exterior storage :
