My 2000 LC has the compass in the mirror that works on a part time basis. Its more annoying than it is a problem and my owners manual only shows the old school non powered rear view mirror.
I utilized the instructions from my FJ and held down the comp button on the mirror until the C flashed up then set it to either region 7 or 8, can't remember where Austin falls on the guide, then drove in a couple of circles to set the compass. It worked for a while but then just either quits working or flashes the C.
Is this a problem with the mirror internals or the connection to the computer? What to do?
