The passenger side rear upper control arm bracket has rusted to the point it sheared off the axle. I'm looking for advice on replacement brackets. Does anyone have a recommendation for replacement weld on brackets?

What year truck is this? I'd have it at the dealership as well as a call into corporate. There's absolutely no excuse for that kind of corrosion.
And local fabricator to you with a halfway decent reputation should be able to plasma some brackets for you and weld them on. I'd replace the control arms while you're at it.

It's an 07 with 160K on it...

I've given up on Toyota and the dealerships....get no satisfaction and worse. Got the corporate shuffle from every outlet. It's worth it to me to spend the cash...this truck owes me nothing. But...like many of you I've grown to like it.

It's going to the welder next week...just wondering if there are prefab brackets.

The front and rear cross members are toast...and the passenger side rail is in rough shape, pic below, and I am sure there are more areas of weakness...but I'm trying to get us through the next 12 to 18 months with some assurance of relative safety...as this truck will be used around town and sparingly on the highway. If I can accomplish that then I'm good...and I'll then offer it up to some ambitious soul who wants to get creative with it.

I have new front and rear cross members ordered and on the way ....next week the vehicle will be at the welder for some R&R....new cross members, patched side rail and new rear upper link bracket. afterwards I'll give it a Fluid Film treatment and the cross my fingers.

I'm sadly very disappointed with Toyota...they know these trucks are prone to this and have decided to walk away...sadly I have too...from them.

Time for a little German fun...
