No the armrest can remain in place. We should have pictures in the next couple of days. Just have to vacum all of the dog hair out of the FJ

Definitely works with automatics since the FJCruiser that we have is an automatic.

gearguy is that divider a multi application piece? that is, can i put it on a stock FJc and adjust it later after gettin/building a drawer? also how much was it and where can i get it? i like it.

These are some great boxes. I have not finished mine as of this note. Was gone for a week to Moab for EJS. had a great time, looking forward to going to "Cruise Moab" and meeting some of you guys. I hope to have the box finished by then. Time is ticking.
