A better picture of the inside of the rear sill. Can see the ridge where the sill steps down. My 68 has the same ridge including where it drops down in a few area. Never figured what those are for other than strength. Do not think they open up at the bottom for drains.

have on hand aleast 10 11inch welding clamps. They sell a 10 pack on line for 50 Bucity I think. And have atleast 4 18 inch clamps. I predrilled holes for spot welding where the wheel wells get attached. i used a marker from the back side to show me the outline of where I need to drill on new panel. made plug welding very easy. It took about two day to cut and weld both in Have you started, if not good luck
