rear shock mount install - confirmation is this right?

I finished installing my dakar springs in the rear with the MAF ubolt flip. I installed the OME shocks and the placement just didn't seem right. The lower shock mount seems like it's a bit more forward that upper (frame) shock mount? (hope that makes sense) Does that seem right?

(I do have the military wrap towards the front (on the non-shackle mount) which is correct, right?)
