Alright, I dont want to hear how stupid this is! Im the a mom that had to call 911 while going thru the starbucks drive thru. My daughter twice now has gotten twisted in the rear seatbelt and it will not release. It keeps getting tighter. Both times the seatbelt had to be unbolted. I have never had a problem with any of my other cars.
Anyone have the same problem?

I had the front seat belts do a simular thing this weekend . We where 4 wheeling down a steep hill and the wife removed the seat belt , when she went to put it back on it would not come back out . When we got to level ground i put the shifter in park and the seat belt released. While on the hill i tried putting it in park and it would not release. Where you on any kind of incline ? I know you had to be in park as you where trying to help the little one . If it happens again put it in park and make sure the doors are shut and see if if that works. The doors have some kind of mecanisum in them that reacts to the seat belts. Hope i helped some.
