Rear Reflector/Fog Panel Replacement with LED ditch/scene lights

[2014 LEX 570 GA]

I tried searching and could have sworn I had seen a company selling these (perhaps out of Australia), but does anyone know of a vendor who sells these - OEM rear reflector/fog lense fitted with a high quality LED ditch/scene light?

I know some people have fabbed up rear fog light assemblies in this location and in pictures below lifted from @Eric Sarjeant more in mine with what I am referencing, but wondering if there is a vendor out there supplying these for plug and play installation?

I would probably splurge, but don’t think these will fit my 14 LX570?

The 16-21 LC one looks closer in shape to mine than the 08-15, but not sure it’s the same part number
