Rear passenger door rattle

I have a 2019 200 series and note that the right rear passenger door rattle when closed or ever tapped when closes. It sounds like it in inside the door, since placing my had on the outside of the door when I tap does not really change the rattle. Have any of you seen this?

Is this a new thing, or has it always done it? Are you certain there is nothing loose in the door pocket? The inside door panel is easy to remove if you want to look inside.
