I was driving down a Sask. gravel roads, pulling a dog trailer, when a rock bounced off the trailer and blasted my passenger side rear window (the one in the little rear door). Where is the best place to find a replacement? I don't need the defrost, so I thought I would just replace with a custom cut piece of safety glass. When I went to Speedy Glass in Swift Current, the guy there said that there was enough of a curve to the glass that a piece of safety glass would break on the first real bump. In, Calgary, a replacement Toyota piece of glass is upward of $400.00 dollars. Is this my only option? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time.

4wheelauto has quite the arsenal of scrapped 70's and parts, it'd be worth the long distance phone to call to see if they have anything. Don is great to work with there, to the point with no BS.

We've got lots of those here... at least it wasn't the side rear glass - veeeeerrry spendy to replace those ones.

I have a set of rear doors from a 70 with good glass that I would make you a deal on. Located in Regina. I sent you a PM.n I also have a set of the side window glass from a 70 as well. Not sure if they would be the same size as yours or not.

If rear glass from a BJ70 is what you're after... I may have a source for you located in Moose Jaw. Let me know if you're interested and I'll hook you up.

Thanks for all your help guys! John at Radd was able to hook me up for a fair price. Thanks again to everybody for their help, it is much appreciated!
