Rear ends going out

I may be calling on you guys to help locate some parts.

Not sure what happend, lots of noise, then several miles later slipping. pulled the rear drive line and drove home with no noise.

Blah, one thing after the other lately! I am just glad its not in the Split case or tranny though

I'll need a 62 or 80, budget wants way too much, but I am going to go there tomorrow and look at there 80 and try to low ball them.

Yeah. They're weird about their pricing. Some things are really cheap and other things are horribly expensive.

I can offer a 3.5ton hack if you need a high reach, but I'm sure you have it covered since mounting those 36's

yup yup, got it for 300$ im just happy to have it. Got some parts coming from kurt they will get here friday then I will be back on the road.

Thanks Brandon, it wasn't too much of a big deal as I am always building on the truck. Just a minor set back time and money wise.

I hope to finally meet you at one of our meets some day, we have been pretty regular each month, unless we do a run then we have been skipping the meets.

Not yet, I came in to work today but I am not going to be able to do much of anything for a few days until my back gets better. This sucks...
My educated guess is the guy from mud I swapped with completely disassemble them even though I told him how to take them out and not to do it that way. I really should have looked them over to see if they where still set up right. If it is the front though even if the gears are a little mashed up I will probably still use them as I dont use that diff much.
