Rear door not working

hey, guys, my 2010 LC200 rear door is not working at all I measured the voltages at the switch 2.9v/0/2.7v also I put a new switch. and the motor has 9v/0/9v 0n the pins I removed the motor and supplied the voltage directly to the motor and it works so I know both my actuator and the switch are working yet I still cannot open the door.

I shorted the 2 pins on the switch manually still no go what am I over looking can somebody please please help me out thanks

You mean the hatch?

there’s a button near your right knee that sometimes gets bumped that disallows the rear hatch from automatically opening.
