Rear disc handrake adjstment

Can you adjust the handbrake shoes without removing the wheel and disc rotor.
The FSM doesnt explain it too well.
Ive already tried the cable adjustment but its run out of thread so hopefully the shoes can be adjusted or its new cable time
 
It´s possible thru a hole in the disk. You have to rotate the disk so that that hole is at the lowest point. Then with a screwdriver you can adjust the little wheel just like regular drumbrakes.

Thanks Mark,I take it you have to remove the wheel then?
 
Yep, remove the wheel and you'll see what i mean.
