My rear diff lock actuator has gone intermittent on me and while researching and poking around I came up with 2 basic questions (post search of course) that I want to answer before I dig in to refurbish the actuator and add the Slee skid.
-Does the Slee locker skid replace the factory sheet metal cover that the electric connections mount to or does it cover it?
I ask because my factory cover is rusted to hell and I put my fingers right through it.
-Does the axle need to be drained before removing the actuator assembly or is the shift fork opening above the fluid level?
