Rear Diff complete rebuild with or without lockers...?

Here they are, almost a completely new cruiser....might do the X-fer next.

Bearings were shot in the rear, gears are in awesome shape.

Now you got it out put a locker in.

For a couple of hundred bucks a Aussie/lockright/detroit (Lunchbock style) locker will make it sooooooo much better off road!!!

Seeing as you are in it that far i hope you did your axle bearings too.

yes, and wheel bearings / brakes / didn't need em, but did the u joints as well.
