Is Delta really the only solid choice now for a rear cargo barrier? Seen the Wit's End and would prefer that style but understand they no longer make these anymore. Having a hard time to justify paying $435 for the Delta plus all the other add-ons just to be able to bolt it up. Threw a post up in the classifieds as a WTB for either and wish I had the fabrication skills to mock a custom one up as I'm sure some have done, just curious if there's any other options?

just to clarify their site says

Each piece of the system is installable as a completely stand-alone unit, or pair with any/all of the other components.

but I agree the price is not small. but it's much better than the ARB barrier which looks to be easily over $1K when you add in any tax and or shipping.
I've bought stuff through bison-gear.com for my GX470, I know they make the side panels and "attic" but maybe a message to them might result in something. (I know several GXOR folks have talked a lot with them which added a lot of new products for the 470/460) just a thought

yeah I've already reviewed those threads previously, definitely need something steel, no netting.

Have to pay $65 for the brackets to even bolt up the main piece. Then if you want to enclose like another 8" on the top then it's like another $385, just kind of ridiculous when the Wit's End unit covered that whole area plus mounting hardware for $425 in a more visible style I'd prefer too.

See you're in Spokane, howdy partner.

Go to your local Tractor Supply and buy a steel hog panel. Use a cutoff wheel to make a section the size you need .

Pick up clamps, hardware, and other stuff to attach it to grab handles, seat brackets, and seat belt bolts.
Paint it the flat black.
