Rear Bumper cover removal

[Bear Lake Cruiser]

Does anyone have a step by step removal instructions? Or an exploded parts diagram? I can tell I have at least one mounting bolt or fastener loose or broken as the bumper cover moves up and down about a half inch and squeaks. I need to get inside and remedy the issue.
