Nice work B! Looks great, we need to get you back where you have access to all those bitchin toys again!

Actually I have a welder, you have a plas, so all I really need access to is a nice press and a couple of generic dies (this is what we used for both bumpers):

On a side note if you have an idea and a decent diagram you can have a local shop do the primary cuts and bends. They will need to know things like outside dimensions (or inside), bend angles, aproximate curve type of the bend (rounded/sharp). Remember the thicker the steel the more "rounded" the bend will be.

Do you have plans for actually starting it?

I plan on cutting off the rear bumper this week, weather permitting.

Well, weather is obviously not permitting so this may be held off until after winter.
