Could someone please point me in the direction of a good FSM download for a 1999 LX470, or have the exploded diagram for the rear differential on an LX470 (with LSD)?

I need the torque specs for the bearing caps and diff case bolts etc.

This was downloaded from TIS <24 months ago, so it may differ from any published/printed matter someone else may have:

Yep, that looks right. I have an electronic copy of the RM661U manual, LMK if you want the axle section. It's 3.4 MB, 185 ppg

Question...can you really not slide out the axels without disconnecting the brake line? I unhooked the e brake cable but the line to the caliper is welded onto the shield and it all comes out in one piece.

I assume you mean the driveshaft. The axle won't come off without disconnecting the entire suspension.
If you mean the hub, pull the clip off. It should slide off with a pair of Vise Grips.

Someone posted this recently but I can't find the post now. It involves grinding the bracket that holds the brake line. Pop that clip and you will know what to grind.

There was no way to get it off without pulling the brake line. So now ill have to bleed the brakes when I'm done I guess.

This Toyota document may help ....
https://lc100e.github.io/manual/ -- same for LX470
Then follow tabs at LHS of opening page:
Repair Manual > Rear Differential Carrier (w/ LSD) > Components
See also other sections for other rear axle details
