The rear blower motor is going out. To use the rear A/C I have to bang the rear cargo area with my fist and the blower motor will turn but it very slow and then it comes to a complete stop. I am going to replace the blower motor. I removed plastic paneling and need some help on disassembling the rear A/C housing to get to the motor. The housing is held together with screws but I can't access the screws against the fender. What is the best way to get the blower out? Also, can I do it without removing the A/C lines?

IIRC You would need to remove the cooling unit and then access the rear of it to remove the blower.

I have the 2004 FSM hosted on my website you can download it and look at the Air Conditioning PDF. There isnt any difference in the rear AC on any years so the 2004 FSM applies.
