ran across this site and i really liked the sleekness of the tube protection for these fenders that is attached to the bull bar, sliders and rear bumper. Check it out
very clean

NEW PROJECTS!!!

Those are slick. Bumper too. At first I didnt like the angles vs a smooth arc but I saw this truck in person and it looks great!!! PJ is a local resource too. Id love to use him if I had the funds to fund the projects I can dream up. One link'd piggy on coils???

oh and his buggies are pretty bad too :smokin:

Looks good, almost as nice as mine...

Yet, I guess I don't get it when someone ties all these components together, welding a ring around the rig. If one wished to remove a slider or bumper, one must break out the sawzall or take the whole system off, drop it to the floor and somehow get the rig out of the middle of it.

That's why I used "tube clamps" so I could take them off in the event I needed to do some repair or just want to make changes. But, I'm weird and tend to over think things...

No prob, right after I get the 45 done, re-gear and install the locking axles under the 80, finish the swing out for the 80 and SAC the FJC.

But, seriously, I'd talk to Stan. The wheel well on the 80 is so round, one would be best served with a roller tubing bender and I think Stan is planning on getting one for projects like this. Not that I wouldn't give it a try. Just that he does this as his living and I do it for fun. What would take me weeks, he'll get done in days.

My first shot would be for our 80, but that is so far down the project list, I can't see that far...

Josh,

PJ is a hell of a good dude, too. We worked together at 4 Wheel Parts for a few years.

Just to be clear, no negative intent on my part, just being a smart @ss.

Looking over his website, the shop is clearly putting out some quality stuff...

None taken.

I imagine he just does what the customers want anyway. :D

Definatley some sweet stuf! If I fell into enough money to splurge on a buggy, I would not consider anyone else.

Doh! Now I'm daydreaming about buggies!!
