Real time help...bumpit bumper strut install

Guys,

I cannot figure out how ton unlock the struts for bumpit rear buy per. Google was zero help. It's a suspa C16. Ay help is greatly appreciated.

What do you need help with I am not sure I follow ?

The strutvwas locked, so door would not close. I turned clock and counter. Finally is worked after 20 min of testing.
