Rant: the vacuum routing diagram

Can that thing go away? It's really cool and all, I'm sure there are several people that have used it. But *every time* I open the main site link on any of my computers, my browser goes to sleep for 10-15 seconds waiting for it to load.

(says the slacker that hasn't renewed his star yet)

My page see's no delays...running Chrome... (gave up on Firefox long ago...)

I'm on hi-speed cable at home. Work is a college campus, I'm not sure what the connection is but it's damn fast.

OK, so I installed Chrome. F-that. Doesn't behave with my #2 favorite website, epicurious.com. Won't print any recipes. Back to Firefox I go...
