It's ON! June 7-9th in Hot Springs as usual. We're still working on details and such, so watch for a more official post about it in the near future.
Keep us posted on any developments/meetings. I am planning on being there this year. I will also do what I can to help it be a good event.
sweet !!! Bomar, you want me to bring ya those 3rds? it may be saturday afternoon before i can get there due to being double booked that weekend... they arent hurting anything in my storage building...
When is the Pre-Ramble meeting/planning session going to take place? Do y'all need help contacting vendors, securing a caterer, etc, etc? Willing to help in any capacity I can. Looking forward to it!

Well, we already had one meeting back in January.
Check with Scott (sandj527) or Stacey (OldTruck38) and see if they need any help with the raffle. If you have any personal connections to anyone local that could donate something, let Scott and Stacey know.
It would be nice to have another meetin.... Maybe somewhere around the 1/2 way mark... I know that either myself or Stacey gets the bigger drive

Well, we already had one meeting back in January.
I was aware of that meeting and regret I could not attend
We will definitely need help contacting vendors. Stacey mailed out a bunch of letters today that we will need to follow up on in the next couple of weeks after we give the post office time to get the letters delivered.
We will probably also need help at the event with registration table and whatever else may come up...
