This russell fitting #640700 fits the rail with an open 1/8" npt top port.
I couldn't find the same bolt with a -4 AN female port. I don't like npt but it is what it is. Fluid QD's are jiffy tite. There are better QD's for fluid I just couldn't find what I wanted as far as minimizing number of connections.
I don't think it matters much if it's a valved connection on the QD. Just less spill when you pop off the top gauge. Valved or not valved is fine.
The toyota SST is too much money and too much work. You can check anytime you want with good QD's.
Don't get QD's with nitrile or EPDM seals. Don't use teflon tape on the portion you end up leaving on the fuel rail. ON the upper portion with your gauge it's fine.
put a rubber plug on the QD that stays on the rail to keep stuff out. Jiffy tite has those also.
