Putting together this 4x4Labs bumper this weekend. Getting started in the morning and working through early afternoon. Then headed the WideSpread show downtown. Will finish it up Sunday. Anyone wants to swing by and play with some metal, give me a holla.

Love mine.

Have fun, got to go up close to that way Sunday but getting some parts and will have the better half with me.

Word. If you want to come by and wet your whistle and make fun of my welds, let me know.

Ramon, when are you working tomorrow? I'd love to stop by and play with some steel.

Sorry Johnny, just checked this today just now. I'll be working all day tomorrow starting around 10am. dial 3toyota (386-nine 6 8 two) if you need addy or whatever.

Andrew, heading out here is a few mins. Want to be downtown around six or so.

Aiight, I'll be there. I'm pretty sure I know where you live but I'll call if I can't find it. Park a cruiser out front so I know which one it is.

Jerry and Ramon cutting and grinding to fit.

Right after this we finished fitting the bumper up and Ramon tack welded the whole thing together. These 4x4Labs bumpers are beefy.

Does finished include grinding down all the welds and painting? If so, than I am slow! I have the welding done and am working on the welds now. We'll see how far it gets tonight - hope to only have to paint it this week, since I have to travel Wed-Thurs.

Thanks Johnny and Jerry for lending a hand today (and Jon M yesterday)! Diesel is wicked cool!

All done except paint. Just black primer is going on until I get the swingarm built then it's going for powder.

Big thank to Johnny for helping (again) last night. Huge help!!!

Thanks for posting those Johnny. Darrin, you know I had to post a shot of one of the "pertier" welds. Luke makes a nice kit, but folks need to understand, the more time you spend fitting it before tacking, the better it will turn out and far less grinding. It isn't exactly plug and play, so to speak.

Not real sure about flushing the outside of the tubes on the wings, looks good, but maybe having them kicked out would act as a slider. The :princess: made that design request, and thus it is so.
