Anyone replaced factory radio with a new nav stereo

There is a fill in kit for the dash opening you can get off eBay or make your own. I replaced the speakers and jumpered the factory wiring harness at the factory amp. I had a copy of the wire harness diagram, it's not too bad just alittle time consuming if doing it all at once.
