I've searched and searched without any luck.

I hit an unforeseen pothole in a construction zone at ~45 mph which shut off the radio/nav yesterday upon impact. AC, trip info all are still functional. I've pulled the head unit and checked all the connections which seem to be in correct order. When trying to access the Nav it says it is not connected and the radio just says audio off.

Is there a trick I'm missing?

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

The DVD player for the nav is under the passenger seat. If you move it completely forward you'll see the player. It's possible the pothole rocked a connection there, I'd check that out too.

If you could still get into the Climate screen then I doubt you've awoken the infamous pin 60 problem that is seen from time to time in the 04 models. I know, I have been through that and have to have the pin re-soldered. Hopefully it's just the connection to the DVD under the seat, that would be a nice and easy fix.

Dumb idea, but have you checked all the fuses to see if they are seated properly? its possible (unlikely though) that you wigged one loose (or caused one to blow)

I would try swapping the fuse. I had a partially blown fuse, that still looked good, that would cause the radio to work sometimes.

I blew a fuse the other day on mine, it was the ACC 7.5a on the DS footwell, check that.

Thanks to all for your input.

There is a blue connection facing the front passenger seat but I can't see or feel a lose wire that would connect to it. Do you know by change if this should have a wire to plug into it that I'm just missing?

I appreciate everyone's feedback. Fuses are good, pin 60 soldered (just in case), battery disconnected several times and still no luck. I'm assuming the nav dvd unit is bad or I just can't see or feel a wire that connects to the blue connection point at the back of the nav dvd unit. The quest continues...

Sorry for the bad pics but this is what the connectors behind my dvd player look like.
