Quick Help - Changing DS High Beam Bulb

Hi All - quick question - I am trying to change my drivers side high beam bulb on my 2006 LX. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to turn the base without removing the headlight since there are some tubes in the way. Is there a trick I am missing? Passenger side took about 20 seconds.

I can't imagine that Toyota engineers would require more than just shifting the battery back to change the bulb.

I searched and searched but can't find anything.

Shift the battery back, use a 2x4 block to hold it back while you do the bulb change. Yes, I know it's not elegant but it works.

Thanks for the 2x4 tip! Even with the battery back, I can't get the bulb base to turn far enough because there are 2 insulated tubes in the way.

No tubes on mine, but use to take battery out, until I saw PADDOs post.
