I wanted to add a question if I may, since this is a good FJ60/Hi-lift thread. I want to find the adapters available to attach the jack to roof racks, bumpers, etc.

has anyone seen/used that kit thats supposed to make it easier to use as a winch. its supposed to have a bunch of crap that just makes it easier to do. i just glanced at it the other day at an offroad shop but my girl was waiting outside so i didnt get to really look. it was like 70 bucks. thoughts?

It has some useful bits that make winching with your Hi-Lift a little safer. Not mandatory but a nice add. Makes for a good Xmas gift from someone who's wondering what you might want under the tree
