Kancler said:Hi, need some advice.
i have "some" problem with AHC. Rear become bouncy on normal, on high all seems ok, and rear looks to low for me.
i did resevoir test im geting more then 10 gradations.
any ideas ? spheres ? but on high all good ?
what year is your rig, how many miles?
first verify that your vehicle height meets spec. normally we talk about bouncy when neutral pressure is too high or globes are blown and that bounciness is b/c shocks have no give and aren't damping at all. however in your case you say you think rear is too low - if your rear is too low your pressure in the rear might be too low as well giving a loose 'bouncy' floaty feeling? perhaps your rear height sensor needs to be adjusted (if everything else is in working order you should be able to raise the rear until neutral pressure is in spec and the height should be within spec as well or vise versa raise the height till it's in spec and the rear pressure should be in spec too).
not enough info to go on really but that's my initial thought - verify height is to spec while in N mode.

i'v trayed to adjust rear sensor, now it on max :/ every time i adjusted rear sensor it helped for short time
theres one thing that i have noticed, if i put to hi before my trip it helps for short time
anyway im planing on ahc fluid change, but trying to find out if i need to do anything more like rear globe change, but it doesnt look like they r gone, or im missing something, if they would be flat i woud get bouncy in hi too ?
what neutral pressure readings should i get?
ps. i have $35 cable mini vci or smtfg like that, just need to fix my old laptop, new on have win7.
pss. sorry for spelling
given that info, i wonder if you have failed shocks or bad height sensor? does off light ever blink - ie do you have ? have you looked for leaking around your shocks or globes etc? sounds like your problem is not with globea but with maintainig your height or pressure in the rear. if you have no leaking and no dtcs that point elsewhere, maybe pull the rear sensor and check it - for obvious sign of corrosion inside and check for resistance or voltage throughout range of motionto make sure it's in proper working order.

Kancler said:nope off light doesnt blink (r there any way to chek ahc dtc codes without external tester by pushing some button for several times?)
shocks and globes r dray.
ill have to check rear sensor to, but it doesnt look like he is faulty cause i cand get to low, n and hi, unless sensor gives wrong/low readings to ahc computer
