(emphasis added)KYB Excel-G shocks feature a nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design and are designed to restore your vehicle's original capabilities. Excel-G is made on the same KYB OE assembly lines, uses the same OE quality components and is calibrated to compensate for worn suspensions to restore original, designed performance.
Just a reasonably priced shock that's black and most important to the Toyota nerds...wut?
3) Other; through the firewall, up the "A" pillar, along the roofline above the doorsSo then the question is - what is the best and most optimal wiring route to get voltage to the rear of the vehicle?
1) Through the firewall and down along the passenger side sill plates
2) Underneath along the bottom of the tub then back through one of the grommets leading into the passenger side rear quarter panel
3) Other?
Didn't see this earlier, yes these shocks will work on this pig. If someone wanted to order shocks for their lifted pig they should take eye to eye measurements for their setup. But I'll assume you've already measured and know what you want. Rock auto listings with prices

Depending on which LS, that motor is 100-200lbs lighter than the mighty 2F. Is that causing the geometry to be off?Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was referring to the pig in my shop that currently has full weight with an LS engine.
YMMV..

If that LS wasn’t new in crate, I’d suggest pulling the pan, because ya never know…Depending on which LS, that motor is 100-200lbs lighter than the mighty 2F. Is that causing the geometry to be off?
The bound up shackle deal and the 2" of shock travel I don't know if I can test that even if I take it on the fork lift obstacle course..How close do you think the front pumpkin or u-joint is to the oil pan on full bump?
We got two batteries, A/C, Power steering and what ever nicety's they crammed in there I bet we are close..Depending on which LS, that motor is 100-200lbs lighter than the mighty 2F. Is that causing the geometry to be off?
I like the KILL Switch .3) Other; through the firewall, up the "A" pillar, along the roofline above the doors

I didn't have that problem with mine, for a change. Don't forget a box of band-aids when you put those door handles in.If you have your handles re-chromed be prepared to drill and tap all the threaded holes and ream the through holes.
So 344090 was on my list but I was leaning toward 343403 as it has a bit more travel. Probably travel I don't need. This may not be the best shock for you but these are the shocks we are using.
Rear shock KYB 344090
Front shock KYB 344447
Don ordered the "show" Chrome and they laid it on thick, possibly the nicest pot metal handles chromed I've seen, I've used the same guys before but never paid the extra for the show chrome and it is better than their standard job.I didn't have that problem with mine, for a change. Don't forget a box of band-aids when you put those door handles in.
