Need the long main drive shaft which attaches to the PTO. FJ40 3 speed piece would be correct length, but would consider any with correct spline and Ujoint coupling that I could cut and reweld.

Bump
Anybody have any PTO driveshaft parts?

I do have some PTO parts, but I'm not sure what is OEM and what is not.

Here's two awful pictures until I can take better one's tonight. These were on a parts 40 I bought.

What year? That looks like a newer pillow block than my ‘71 arrangement. I could use the spline and spider and yokes off that shaft, I believe, to fabricate one to fit mine. It depends on the price.

Came off a 72. Did not have a OEM winch on the front. Let me remind myself tonight what all is there.

Interesting. Might be easier to fit on my ‘71 than it looks. Here is the part, indicated by the red arrow, I need to be a drop in on my rig (sorry it is sideways):

Well looking over this more, I think this is a cobbled together drive system. All the shafting is in standard units and the joints don't look the same. What do you think?

From Trans to bearing

From Bearing to PTO winch

I do also have a pair of caps for the drive flanges on the pto drop box.

Thanks for the pics. It looks like the 4 bolt spacing on yoke at the transfer end of the drive shaft matches the original PTO take off spacing (no other adaptors in between). If that is the case, I would be interested in that section of driveshaft just for that yoke.

@yamaguchigumi I could probably throw all the ends and joints in an envelope if you are interested. You should be able to get shafting to match if it works out. $20 shipped?
