The driver side coil appears to be clapped out on my LX. I'm at least an inch lower then the PS without me in it. I looked up the part numbers and can order OEM rears for $140 a piece + shipping. However I do not have a local Lexus dealer and the nearest one does not give me great discounts. I am wondering if I can use the Land Cruiser AHC rear coils instead ? I found the following P/N for coil spring right w/ height control. I have not found a corresponding left side P/N. Can anybody weigh in here? Can I use the LC AHC rear coils in the LX?

I ordered replacement LX AHC springs almost 2 years ago from my normal Toyota online parts place. I got a call that the springs were no longer available and they were going to remove them from my order. I had them replaced with 2006 LC AHC springs instead. Not sure if the LX coils are available now, just an fyi. When you install them, the taller spring is for the driver side.

Good to know and I appreciate the reply. Did they work out for you? I would think they would be the same P/N but maybe there is some difference in free heights or spring rate.

Yeah, they worked out for me. There was a post here about the differences between the LX and the LC AHC springs. If I remember right the LC AHC springs were slightly thicker with less coils (the number of turns in the spring) and the LX AHC springs were thinner but had more coils. I guess that would mean the LC AHC springs would have a slightly higher spring rate, hence the less turns in the spring. To get my pressure back to stock, I also had to add a 30mm spacer. I sometimes wonder if I could have just got the 30mm spacer first. I feel better knowing my globes/ahc fluid/rear springs were new though.

Generally you have 3 choices for OE AHC springs, where the thinnest one is standard on LX and the medium one on the LC. If you go with the thickest one you could avoid the need for a spring spacer to keep the pressure in check. There is a lengthy thread on the matter, with part numbers, somewhere in here.
Edit: here, e.g: Coil springs for AHC

That said, a lean on a LC100 is adjusted by increasing the tension on the torsion bar. They all sag more on the drivers side, AHC or non-AHC. The height of the truck is controlled by the AHC, not by the steel springs; but the sideways lean is controlled by the steel, not the AHC.
Generally, the state of the springs (coils and TBs) are checked by looking at the AHC pressure after checking that the heights are correct. Read forum.
