Programming new key 2000 Land Cruiser?

Anyone have the exact directions for programming a new key for a 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser.

I have tried several google searches, but no luck on getting it done. Each set of directions is a little bit different from another person's. And I know enough to know that the directions need to be very, very specific.

Phil- Do a search here and you'll find out how. "Locksmith Charley" here in Phoenix did a whole new thing for me since I didn't have a master for my truck. He flashed the computer etc. Anyway look on this forum and I think you'll get the answer. Ned
